Do I want a lounger in my Hot Tub or an extra seat instead?

This is a question that we’re regularly asked by potential customers looking to buy their first Hot Tub. One of the first considerations is how many people will use the Hot Tub?

This will be a deciding factor in choosing which model is right for you. If the Spa will generally only be used by one, two or three people, then you can have a variety of seating options and you can switch around depending on your mood, or what part of your body you’d like to have targeted by the jets. If there’s only one or two people going to be using the Hot Tub at a time a lounger can be a good option.

Always popular across our range, the lounger seat offers a relaxing way to lay back in your Spa and enjoy a full body hydrotherapy massage experience like no other. Moulded to keep the user in place, without floating away your body is fully submerged up to your neck. The powerful jets lift you slightly, and it is great way to relax and melt away your stresses. This relieves stress on aching joints whilst powerful directional jets massage the muscles in your shoulders, back and legs. These seats can comfortably accommodate most users, and offer a variety of jets for a different massage. It’s always a good idea to wet test before you purchase your Spa to see if a lounger is for you. Click here to read more about having a wet test.

The standard seats found in our Spas offer a great balance of everything. You’re generally sat higher up which is better for conversation and entertaining, and sometimes your shoulders will be out of the water too. Some Spas from our island and elite range also include a cool-down seat, perfect if you’re starting to get a bit hot and want to cool down without leaving the Spa.

Almost all of our Artesian Spas come with the option of having a lounger or replacing the lounger with an extra seat instead. Why not pop into one of our Showrooms where we can help you find the perfect Spa for you.
