If there is little or no access at all we can discuss using lifting equipment, but with our expertise and experience, we will always find a way!
A Hot Tub should sit on a level and firm base. This could be paving slabs, a purpose built concrete base, decking or timber base.
If you are unsure if your ground is suitable we can assess this free of charge and make recommendations. If you do require a suitable base, we can provide a quote so the whole installation is kept in-house…. Base to bubbles!
Our 1 pump systems can run off a 13 AMP power supply, which is a standard UK household plug socket. Hot Tubs with 2 pumps or more need to be hardwired from your fuse board.

No, a Hot Tub does not need a constant water supply. All you need is access to a garden hose to fill the Hot Tub and top up the water level when necessary.
