Established in 2006, North Outdoor Living is a family run company supplying Hot Tubs based in the North East covering all of the region and into the Lake District.
After our Director David Mason experienced back problems after a long career in the military, the only thing he found relief in, was hydrotherapy from Hot Tubs. After extensive research with lots of brands, to find the best tub on the market, David and his wife Heather chose Artesian Spas. A company based in Nevada, US and more importantly a product they truly trusted and believed in.
Our first showroom was in County Durham, within Dobbies Garden World in Birtley but we quickly grew and we now have a larger second showroom in Kingston Park, Newcastle. Our expanding team have a wealth of experience in selling, installing and servicing Hot Tubs and Swim Spas across the North East and the Lake District. We are passionate about Artesian Spas for many reasons, but the exceptional quality of the manufacturing, the use of high end American parts and the great relationship we have with Artesian are to name a few. In recent years we have expanded and undertaken larger projects for both commercial and domestic properties.
We supply and install Trex Composite Decking, which we believe is the best premium decking product on the market which completely transforms outdoor spaces and we have recently been made TrexPro® Platinum Installers. Other work we undertake include gazebos, outdoor bar areas, pergolas, summer rooms, garage conversions and outdoor electrics provided by our sister company – North Sparks. New to North Outdoor Living for 2020 are Covana Hot Tub covers which are not only a cover, but an automated, state-of-the-art, easy-to-use gazebo! These can now be viewed in our Kingston Park showroom.
