The “M” Family

Mr. and Mrs. M, are the proud parents of four young men who are all professional and semi-professional footballers, approached us through a personal recommendation.

With a busy family life centred around helping their sons pursue their goals in both sports and life, Mr & Mrs M prioritise their boys’ health and wellbeing. Having recently moved into a new home, they envisioned creating a special space where their sons could unwind and recover from the rigors of intense training and competitive matches. Specifically, they were interested in using hydrotherapy as a form of deep tissue massage to aid in faster recovery and promote overall relaxation.

After an informative and educational visit to our showroom, they chose the Artesian Spas Antigua 52 hot tub. The spa’s advanced features—including patented Helix jets, the AOP and Spa Frog systems—made it an ideal choice for their needs. Following a complimentary site survey and a detailed consultation with our company director, Ryan, they decided to expand their patio area with Trex composite decking. The spa was then partially sunk into the decking to maximize the breath-taking views of their garden and surrounding greenery, all while maintaining a sleek, modern aesthetic.

To ensure the spa blended seamlessly with the outdoor landscape, Mr. and Mrs. M chose a cover shelf for easy removal and storage of the spa cover, allowing for an unobstructed view of the garden. To enhance the spa’s efficiency, a 9.5kW Zealux heat pump was added, discreetly placed on a lower decked area behind the spa. A glass balustrade was also installed along the Trex decking, providing safety without blocking the stunning views, further enhancing the tranquillity of the space.
